做法﹕
1. | 將洋菇用濕紙巾擦乾淨後去蒂再切片。 |
2. | 把橄欖油和牛油放進加熱的炒鍋內,等牛油融化後放進洋菇用中火不斷翻炒到野菇變金黃色軟。加入鹽,胡椒和辣醬油炒勻後拌入碎巴西里葉即可。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Wipe the mushrooms clean with damp paper towels. Remove the tough stems and cut the mushrooms into slices. |
2. | Add the olive oil and butter into a heated pan. Place in the mushrooms after the butter is melted. Consistently stir until the mushrooms are golden brown. Add the salt, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce and mix. Finally mix in the minced parsley. |
